We are seeking a Construction Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at closing deals and managing construction estimates.

• Warm Lead Sales: Work with pre-qualified leads generated from completed mitigation projects—these are warm opportunities with customers already engaged in the restoration process.

• Estimating & Scoping: Accurately prepare and submit construction estimates; Xactimate experience is a plus.

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters to guide them through the reconstruction process.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution from estimate to completion.

• Negotiation & Contracts: Secure approved scope and pricing with clients and insurance carriers.

• Documentation & Follow-Up: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, including contracts, scope approvals, and payment collections.

• Sales-driven mindset with experience in construction, restoration, or a related industry.

• Estimating experience (Xactimate proficiency is a plus).

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and consistently close deals.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
