Full-Time | Overnight

Full-Time Security Officers are assigned to a consistent overnight schedule at an assigned client location in Boulder, Colorado. This is a standard onsite security position focused on maintaining a professional, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the overnight hours.

Overnight shifts are 9:00 PM–5:00 AM, with the regular schedule determined by the assigned location and operational needs.

Experience in corporate security, luxury residential, hospitality, military, or law enforcement environments is valued.

You operate with honesty, sound judgment, and professionalism while maintaining the confidentiality and discretion required when protecting high-profile commercial and residential properties.

You understand that security depends on consistency. You arrive prepared, on time, and ready to perform your duties while maintaining Total Quality Security standards throughout every shift.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado guard license/Denver Guard Card as required for the assignment. All Pro Security provides guidance and support through the licensing process for qualified candidates.

• Successful completion of a company background screening process.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance, conduct, and demeanor consistent with All Pro Security standards.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and respond appropriately to security, safety, and emergency situations.

• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule.

Full-Time Security Officers earn $23.00 per hour.

Ongoing training and development in Total Quality Security (TQS), professional standards, and security best practices.
