Personal Care Assistant – Memory Care
Location: Lawrenceburg, KY Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: Starting $18.00

About the Role
You’ll play a meaningful role in helping our client maintain independence, dignity, and joy in daily living. Client is upbeat, enjoy friendly company, and love sitting outside on the porch. Your presence and reliability will make a real difference in comfort, safety, and sense of companionship.

Responsibilities
•We are seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to provide in-home support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys companionship and has experience in memory care.

About the Client:
The client is a warm, upbeat individual who values kindness and lighthearted interaction. She prefers caregivers who are supportive but not overly directive. She enjoys sitting outside on the porch and engaging in pleasant conversation.

Care Needs Include:
Assistance with showering and personal care
Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and general home support
Mobility assistance (client uses a walker at all times and is in therapy)
Companionship and emotional support
Monitoring safety due to fall risk, vision/hearing impairment, and mild memory loss
Occasional assistance with incontinence care

Additional Details:
No smoking, no pets in the home
Occasional mice in the home
Clean home; one room used for storage
Transportation required for medical appointments (Frankfort and Lawrenceburg)

Requirements:
Experience with memory care
Dependable and punctual
Compassionate, patient, and easygoing personality
Must speak English

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
