Job Description

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Investigator will be responsible for conducting workplace Investigations across NHC. This role will demonstrate exceptional listening skills, adeptness in conducting interviews and the ability to remain objective to ensure an impartial fact-finding investigation in compliance with local, state, and federal legal standards. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential, coupled with comfortability utilizing various technologies. The Employee Relations Investigator will need to engage in development, planning and implementation of employee relations processes.

Qualifications

Required:
  • One year of investigative experience
  • Bachelor Degree

Desired:
  • One year prior experience in a healthcare environment
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) OR Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) OR Human Resource Information Professional (IHRIM-HRIP)
