Job Description
Summary
The Employer Account Specialist serves as a trusted advisor to employer clients, supporting safer, healthier, and more productive workforces through strong relationships and tailored employer health solutions. Manages and grows post-sale employer relationships across Parkview Employer Solutions’ direct-to-employer offerings, including employer clinics, wellness programs, value-based care, and occupational health services. Acting as the primary relationship owner, ensures a seamless, high-quality client experience that drives retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth. Operates at the intersection of client success, account management, and workforce health strategy—partnering closely with clinical, operational, and sales teams to deliver on commitments, proactively identify opportunities, and position Parkview as a trusted, long-term employer health partner.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, occupational health, safety,or related field.
Licensure/Certification
Certification or training in safety, ergonomics, or occupational health (e.g., OSHA, CSP, COHN), preferred.
Experience
3–7+ years of experience in occupational health, safety, healthcare sales, or employer solutions. Experience in occupational health services, workers’ compensation, or employer-based healthcare, preferred. Experience working with employers in manufacturing, industrial, or high-risk environments, preferred.
Other Qualifications
Strong understanding of workplace safety, OSHA regulations, and employer health programs. Proven ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships across multiple accounts and priorities. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Familiarity with employer-sponsored healthcare and value-based care models preferred.
