Summary

Translates data trends and measurements into actionable ambulatory operation change. Provides strategies, options and alternatives for improving appointment management activities in the field and is comfortable developing analyses to support suggested initiatives. Provides APT Director with input and opinion on policy, procedures and guidelines that will support access management while also providing recommendation on the best ways and means to measure and sustain desired improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field required.

Licensure/Certification

Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. To view addendums, go to the job description page on Parkview’s intranet.

Experience

Minimum three years of physician practice clinic throughput and internal operations experience.

Other Qualifications

EPIC knowledge. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate analytical skills necessary to evaluate and recommend areas of opportunity.
