Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Behavioral Health Services is responsible for increasing awareness and referrals for our behavioral health programs by engaging with the community, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders. The primary goal is to drive census growth by building strong relationships and ensuring that our services are well-known and utilized by those in need.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience

Experience in healthcare business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in behavioral health, home health, or hospital settings.

Other Qualifications

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage different types of stakeholders. Knowledge of behavioral health services, including inpatient, outpatient, crisis intervention, and community resources. Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while meeting targets and goals.
