Job Description
- Education: B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience: 8-20 years in Heavy Industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities)
- Project Management: 8-20 years of proven project management experience
- Track Record: Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects
- Certifications: PMP Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Stage-Gate Project Execution
- FEL development and estimating experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications and project management tools
- Proven ability to achieve all project objectives consistently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls.
- Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs if necessary.
- Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing.
- Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
- Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Able to travel to job sites (local and/or remote) as project needs require.
- Able to work in heavy industrial environments while wearing required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, fire-retardant clothing, gloves, etc.).
- Able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on elevated surfaces.
- Able to walk on uneven terrain and surfaces.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and industrial environments during site visits.
