- Create enablement assets such as pricing playbooks, tier differentiation guides, objection-handling frameworks, ROI and TCO tools, and pricing calculators.
- Spend significant time engaging with customers and sales teams to gather insights on pricing friction, objections, and deal dynamics.
- Analyze pricing performance post-launch using sales data, customer feedback, and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Partner with product, finance, sales, and revenue operations teams to align on pricing strategy and execution.
- Build thought leadership content around pricing models, platform economics, and value-based monetization strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve pricing communication, consistency, and enablement across the organization.
- Share best practices with other product marketing teams to strengthen overall go-to-market effectiveness.
- Proven experience in Product Marketing focused on pricing and packaging within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex pricing structures into simple, repeatable sales narratives and enablement materials.
- Deep understanding of SaaS monetization models such as usage-based, seat-based, and outcome-based pricing.
- Experience building sales enablement assets including playbooks, deal guidance, objection handling, and value messaging frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, finance, sales leadership, and revenue operations teams.
- Ability to build ROI and TCO models to support value-based pricing conversations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex commercial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset, using insights from sales feedback, win/loss analysis, and market intelligence to refine strategy.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, remote, and highly collaborative environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive and self-directed approach to execution.
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, and equity opportunities.
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility across Canada.
- Flexible paid time off and strong work-life balance culture.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Employee stock purchase plan and equity compensation options.
- Professional development fund to support continuous learning and growth.
- Parental leave and family support programs.
- Home office support to enable remote productivity.
