Duties & Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

  • Drive the execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives across all centers within the region.
  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of all outpatient services within the region, including staff and client scheduling.
  • Collaborate in the development and execute clinical policies and procedures as defined by Mindfully leadership and ensure consistent application across all regional sites.
  • Promote a therapeutic environment across all centers, ensuring client input is fully considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical management and oversight to therapists, clinical staff, and site-level leaders within the region.
  • Participate actively in leadership team meetings, clinical workgroups, and agency-wide initiatives.

Clinical Supervision & Quality Assurance

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical supervision to therapists across all regional centers.
  • Problem-solve issues with supervisees when insufficient progress toward client outcomes is observed via review of clinical data and documentation.
  • Conduct and oversee staff trainings, evidence-based practice workshops, and clinical case consultation groups.
  • Ensure evidence-based treatment and clinical best practices are applied consistently across treatment plans and service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of clinical services across all regional centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and payer requirements.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for clinical staff within the region to determine areas for improvement and ensure treatment integrity.
  • Responsible for and lead clinical audits per Mindfully policy; support accreditation and compliance efforts.

Operations & Performance Management

  • Monitor key clinical and operational performance indicators for the region — including therapist utilization, caseload fill rates, session completion rates, no-show and cancellation rates, and billable hours per therapist — and take proactive corrective action at the center level where needed.
  • Contribute to center and regional P&L performance by actively managing clinical productivity, staffing efficiency, and resource utilization across regional sites. Understand the key financial levers that drive margin and work to optimize them within scope, in alignment with targets set by the Regional Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Partner with Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Operations teams to support timely credentialing, authorization renewals, and documentation compliance — protecting revenue integrity and minimizing billing disruption across the region.
  • Conduct structured performance review meetings with therapists and site-level staff using scorecards and defined meeting frameworks; drive accountability to established KPIs and escalate performance concerns through appropriate channels in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on regional workforce metrics including headcount, open positions, turnover, and therapist retention; collaborate with HR and the Regional Director on proactive workforce planning and staffing strategies.
  • Identify operational gaps, workflow inefficiencies, or compliance risks within regional centers; resolve issues within scope and escalate to the Regional Director of Clinical Operations as needed.
  • Support the Regional Director of Clinical Operations in executing regional strategy, preparing performance reports, and representing the clinical team in cross-functional meetings.

Staff Development & Human Resources

  • Support the professional growth and development of therapists through mentoring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Participate actively in the hiring and onboarding process for therapists and clinical staff across regional centers.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues with integrity, individually or in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Support new hire training and cohort onboarding initiatives within the region.
  • Identify performance opportunities that allow supervisees to achieve measurable outcomes valuable to clients and the organization.

Community & Referral Partnerships

  • Foster collaborative relationships with community agencies, referral partners, and other stakeholders to enhance service integration and client outcomes across the region.
  • Meet with and remain available for engagement with existing and prospective community and referral partners.

Direct Clinical Services

  • Master’s degree (Required) or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience providing direct and indirect clinical supervision to therapists.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
