Why You'll Love Working With Us:
Function was founded with a singular focus: empower you to live 100 healthy years. We’re doing that by using the best available technology to make sure people don't suffer or die a preventable death. Function has been recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024, and is venture-backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Hundreds of thousands of members have joined Function to take control of their health. We are growing our team and seeking out world-class talent that deeply believes in our mission to positively impact global health, has a relentless bias toward action and a growth mindset. Function fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment, where every day we are building the future.
The Clinical Content team is responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining clear and accurate health-related content that supports Function members. Under the direction of Mark Hyman, we translate complex clinical concepts into accessible language, ensuring every piece meets high standards of medical accuracy and aligns with Function’s brand and voice. The team collaborates closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Enterprise, serving as the clinical checkpoint across the company. We are dedicated to fact-checking, monitoring emerging research, and supporting Function’s mission to deliver trustworthy, evidence-based information that empowers members to live 100 healthy years.
We are seeking a Clinical Content Manager to serve as the connective tissue between Clinical Content, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. This role is central to ensuring our member-facing materials are aligned with operational workflows. You’ll help reduce member confusion by identifying content gaps, refining documentation, and ensuring consistency across published materials.
We are a collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented team dedicated to producing clear, evidence-based content that supports our members’ health journeys. We value the highest standards of accuracy and scientific rigor. You'll find an environment that encourages thoughtful debate, clarity, and recognizes the importance of medical accuracy in every piece we create.
This position requires both strategic thinking and strong operational execution.
This role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments, excited to build in a high-growth setting, and deeply motivated by our mission at Function. If you're looking for meaningful challenges, dynamic work, and the opportunity to make a real impact—we’d love to meet you.
