Job Description

Manager, Business Intelligence

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence in Canada.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern Go-to-Market (GTM) analytics function that drives data-informed decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will define how business performance is measured, ensuring executives and cross-functional leaders have access to trusted, actionable insights that guide growth. The role combines hands-on analytical leadership with the design of scalable operating models, dashboards, and governance frameworks. You will lead the evolution from ad hoc reporting to a mature, self-service analytics ecosystem that improves speed, consistency, and business alignment. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into clear business direction. This position is ideal for a leader who blends strong technical BI expertise with deep business acumen and a passion for enabling better decisions through data.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and scale a centralized Go-to-Market Business Intelligence function supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, including defining operating models and prioritization frameworks.
  • Own the design, governance, and standardization of core business metrics across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, and customer health to ensure consistency and trust in reporting.
  • Develop and evolve executive-level dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools such as Tableau, ensuring insights are actionable and decision-oriented.
  • Establish scalable analytics workflows and self-service reporting capabilities to reduce reliance on ad hoc analysis and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leaders across functions to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and drive data-backed strategic decisions.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue intelligence initiatives through structured analytical frameworks and data models.
  • Mentor and develop analytics talent while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or related data-driven roles, including at least 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations.
  • Deep expertise in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent platforms).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, and modern data warehousing concepts.
  • Proven ability to build scalable analytics operating models and standardized reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: experience with SaaS metrics, forecasting, revenue intelligence, or AI-enabled analytics workflows.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first and flexible work environment with co-working options in select Canadian hubs.
  • Competitive compensation with opportunities for performance-based rewards.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness coverage starting from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support.
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellness resources.
  • Home office setup support, monthly internet/phone subsidy, and professional development allowance.
  • Strong learning culture with leadership support, performance feedback loops, and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Inclusive, collaborative global environment with regular team events and employee resource groups.
