This role sits at the heart of a data-driven transformation within a fast-scaling global talent organization transitioning toward an AI-integrated Talent Cloud model. You will design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure that enables reliable, self-service business intelligence across multiple functions. Acting as both analyst and data product thinker, you will ensure data is structured, accessible, and trusted across the organization. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to uncover insights, support experimentation, and guide strategic decisions. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and fast-moving, requiring curiosity, autonomy, and strong business acumen. Your work will directly shape how teams understand performance, optimize operations, and drive growth.
- You will act as a strategic analytics partner by embedding within business functions to understand priorities, surface opportunities, and proactively deliver insights that inform decision-making and operational improvements. You will go beyond reporting by translating data into actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes.
- You will design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models that support ongoing performance monitoring, forecasting, and strategic planning across key business areas.
- You will lead experimentation efforts including A/B testing and pilot analysis, defining success metrics, building measurement frameworks, and delivering statistically sound recommendations for scale or iteration.
- You will strengthen data enablement by improving self-service analytics capabilities, creating documentation, and supporting stakeholders in interpreting metrics consistently and accurately.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, align definitions, and support a unified understanding of performance across the organization.
- You bring 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- You have advanced SQL skills and can independently build complex queries, transform datasets, and structure scalable analyses.
- You are highly proficient with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, with additional experience in semantic layers like LookerML considered a strong advantage.
- You have working knowledge of Python or R for data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization, along with a solid understanding of experimental design and statistical methods.
- You excel at communication and storytelling with data, translating complex findings into clear narratives that drive action.
- You demonstrate strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while solving business problems independently.
