The role combines advanced analytics, data engineering, and storytelling to build scalable people data products and frameworks. You will work in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with HR, People Tech, Finance, and data teams. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and is passionate about improving employee experience through data. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly data-driven, with a strong focus on impact and scale.

Accountabilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide people analytics initiatives across domains such as organizational health, retention, hiring, performance, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable people data products, including dashboards, metric layers, and self-serve analytics tools to standardize workforce reporting across the organization.
  • Own and evolve data architecture and pipelines across Snowflake, BI tools, and HR systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and analytics-ready data structures.
  • Deliver advanced analytical studies such as attrition modeling, cohort and survival analysis, survey analytics, and program effectiveness evaluations.
  • Translate complex workforce data into clear narratives, executive-ready insights, and actionable recommendations for senior HR and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with HRBPs, People leaders, Finance, and People Tech to define metrics, improve data literacy, and support decision-making with evidence-based insights.
  • Champion data governance, privacy, and responsible use of sensitive HR data across all analytics and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields, including at least 2–3 years in People Analytics or HR-focused data roles.
  • Strong experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, including data modeling, pipeline development, and large-scale dataset analysis.
  • Proven ability to design executive-level dashboards and scalable analytics products using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Solid foundation in statistical methods, including regression analysis, A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and applied research methodologies.
  • Experience working with employee data (e.g., engagement, performance, recruiting, DEI, workforce planning) and interpreting survey or qualitative data at scale.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Psychology, Computer Science, or similar); Master’s degree preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from CAN $161,000 to $170,000 CAD depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for annual equity grants and new hire equity packages.
  • Flexible remote-first work model under a Flex First philosophy.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits tailored to employees in Canada.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, enterprise-level people analytics initiatives.
  • Access to a data-driven, collaborative environment focused on innovation and scale.
