You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer support for electronic devices, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and a positive user experience across all interactions.
- Provide post-sales technical support for customers with smartphones and electronic devices.
- Assist users with configurations, troubleshooting, usage guidance, and general technical questions.
- Identify customer needs and deliver practical, step-by-step solutions based on established procedures.
- Redirect cases to specialized teams when necessary to ensure proper resolution.
- Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, patience, and clarity.
- Register and document all interactions accurately using internal support systems.
You should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work in a structured support environment.
- Minimum age of 18 years and completed high school education.
- Basic knowledge of computers and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact clearly with customers.
- Interest or experience in technical support (a plus).
- Availability to work from home and reside in São Paulo.
- Availability for in-person training in São Paulo.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) for home office activities.
