This role is centered on managing and optimizing Google Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns to help small businesses generate high-quality leads and improve their local visibility. You will play a key part in ensuring campaigns are properly set up, verified, and continuously optimized to maximize ROI. The position involves close analysis of performance data, troubleshooting verification issues, and improving alignment between Google Business Profiles and LSA accounts. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside client-facing teams to refine strategies and improve lead quality. A strong focus on data interpretation and client success will be essential, as your recommendations will directly influence campaign performance and business outcomes. This is a highly impactful role where your expertise translates into measurable growth for clients.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns across multiple client accounts to improve rankings, lead quality, and budget efficiency.
- Troubleshoot LSA verification issues, including documentation mismatches, insurance or licensing gaps, and background check delays, guiding clients toward resolution.
- Conduct regular performance audits of campaigns, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements such as bid adjustments, budget reallocation, or service category refinements.
- Analyze call recordings and lead data to assess quality, identify gaps, and improve targeting strategies.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between Google Business Profiles (GBP) and LSA listings to avoid performance issues.
- Support client compliance with Google requirements, including eligibility, verification, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into clear, client-ready recommendations.
- Proven hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Google Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving LSA verification issues and compliance challenges.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with local search dynamics and how GBP impacts LSA performance.
- Experience reviewing call data and lead quality to improve conversion outcomes.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) preferred for international client interaction.
