This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital products within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will act as the key connector between stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, driving alignment from discovery through delivery. The position focuses on maximizing team velocity while safeguarding quality, scope, and business value. You will lead agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams. Working in a fully remote and collaborative setup, you will have the autonomy to influence delivery strategy and team performance. - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment between business goals, scope, and execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
- Act as Scrum leader and Product Owner advocate, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively.
- Drive prioritization and feature grooming to maximize delivery value and team velocity.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency on progress, scope changes, and delivery risks.
- Monitor project health, timelines, and delivery metrics to ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support roadmap definition and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize delivery performance.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational delivery standards.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, or technical project/delivery management roles.
- Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing full Agile delivery lifecycles.
- Strong background in writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or SAFe.
- Ability to identify, track, and resolve dependencies and delivery risks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business needs.
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments with competing priorities.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with high accountability.
