This is a strategic commercial role within a fast-growing consulting environment focused on the telecommunications sector. The professional will play a key part in driving new business opportunities and expanding client portfolios through B2B sales initiatives. Working in a fully remote setup, the role requires strong alignment with marketing, operations, and leadership teams. It combines prospecting, relationship management, and deal closing in a performance-driven context. The position also demands active participation in strategic discussions with directors and continuous improvement of commercial processes. Success in this role is directly linked to achieving ambitious sales targets and strengthening long-term client relationships.
- Drive prospecting activities and sales of services and solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing goals.
- Develop commercial proposals, schedule meetings with potential clients, and lead presentations through to closing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and optimize commercial processes.
- Maintain direct communication with company directors to align business strategy and commercial direction.
- Monitor sales KPIs and performance indicators, ensuring consistent achievement of targets and objectives.
- Prepare and present management reports with key commercial insights and performance analysis.
- Manage client retention and follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Participate in cross-functional integration between commercial, marketing, and operational teams to enhance service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in commercial roles, particularly in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong commercial drive and motivation to work with targets and challenges.
- Ability to work with management indicators and generate structured reports.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector will be considered a strong advantage.
