Benefits Specialist in Hannibal, Missouri at Hannibal Regional Hospital

Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and provides supports for human resources functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; experience in lieu of education may be considered
• 2 years previous human resources, benefits or office experience required
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationship with all levels of team members including management
• Ability to accurately input and retrieve data in Human Resources Information System timely
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer required
• Ability to work independently to organize work & handle multiple projects to satisfactory completion
• Ability to establish and meet priorities and adapt to changes in work priorities
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate positively and respectfully in all situations
