Physician Recruiter at Hannibal Regional Hospital – Hannibal, Missouri

Recruits highly competent, qualified physicians for medical staff in support of the strategic goals of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System. Provides recruitment assistance to all groups that serve as members of the Hannibal Regional Healthcare System medical staff.

- Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, human resources or graduate of an accredited nursing or other medical training program required

- Two years experience in recruitment or human resources administration required

- Minimum of Associate certification through the Association of Staff Physician Recruiter's (ASPR) or obtain within one year required

- Knowledge of physician credentialing process preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of and familiarization with recruitment practices and techniques required to attract qualified physicians preferred

- Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of medical community, hospital systems, services, and physicians preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer required

- Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects and priorities required

- Exhibits a high energy level and ability to work as a team with flexibility in work habits to schedule and meet the needs of the medical staff is essential
