The Client Delivery Associate will support client delivery operations by managing reporting activities, validating data, assisting implementation projects, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Create, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc client reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity by identifying inconsistencies, trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support reporting enhancements, including data visualization and dashboard development using relevant analytics tools.
- Maintain reporting schedules, operational documentation, and process tracking to ensure consistent delivery.
- Assist with client implementations, account maintenance activities, and ongoing operational support.
- Partner with internal teams to address reporting needs, resolve issues, and improve client outcomes.
- Document trends, insights, and findings to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and initiatives designed to enhance service quality.
- Provide organized administrative and operational support to ensure successful client delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining a strong client service mindset.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience supporting reporting, data validation, and client-focused operations. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with business data, and collaborating across teams in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, reporting, client support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and support process improvements.
- Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or technology-enabled services is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $46,664–$72,250 per year, depending on role-related skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
- Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target opportunity of 5%.
