The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, improving recruitment processes, and delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, clinical, and leadership positions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, timelines, and selection approaches.
- Lead complex and hard-to-fill searches by using advanced sourcing methods and creative talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current openings and future workforce needs.
- Utilize recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking platforms, referrals, and industry communities to identify qualified candidates.
- Provide guidance to hiring leaders on market trends, compensation expectations, interview practices, and talent availability.
- Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality standards, service expectations, and a positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing activities, networking events, and talent engagement programs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline data, and market insights to improve hiring effectiveness and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment regulations, and best practices while maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with strong business partnership skills, advanced sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects in a dynamic environment. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for connecting organizations with outstanding talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including professional, specialized, and leadership-level hiring.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions while balancing speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and talent communities.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
- Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
- Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and candidate closing skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment regulations, recruiting best practices, and talent market trends.
- HR or talent acquisition certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPC are a plus.
- Fully remote work environment with preference for candidates located near Nashville, Tennessee.
