In this role, you will contribute to our mission through serving as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership. As a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial working on the Finance team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career development to drive revenue performance through advanced analytics and KPI development. A typical day will include- delivering high-impact insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities, while translating complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
- Participate in the development and delivery of sales performance analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting to provide clear visibility into revenue drivers
- Perform in-depth analysis of sales, customer, and product data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to define metrics, evaluate performance against strategic assumptions, and support decision-making
- Build and maintain forecasting and analytical models to support planning, scenario analysis, and business strategy
- Deliver both recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis, balancing speed and analytical depth based on business needs
- Drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and scalable analytics solutions, including automation
- Translate complex datasets into concise, executive-ready narratives, leveraging data storytelling to communicate insight effectively
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and develop KPI frameworks
- Working knowledge of R (or similar statistical programming languages) to perform advanced analytics, modeling, and data transformation
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and related technologies to support reporting, automation, and data-driven solutions
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills, with experience working with both senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to connect analysis to business outcomes, particularly in sales or revenue performance contexts
- Ability to balance analytical rigor with responsiveness, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong ownership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional initiatives and align analytics to business needs
- Focus on continuous improvement, including automation and scalable reporting solutions
EDUCATION AND PREFERRED TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (required); MBA (preferred)
- Familiarity with data query / relational databases highly beneficial (SAP, Power BI, SQL, etc.) (preferred)
- Six or more years of relevant experience, ideally in Life Sciences, commercial finance, FP&A, or sales analytics.

BENEFITS/COMPENSATION (including, but not limited to):
- Medical and dental insurance, group life insurance, 401k matching, long term disability, potential target bonus, paid time off.
SALARY RANGE: $86,000.00 - $124,000.00
Base Salary: Annual
Target Annual Bonus: Up to 12%
