Account Director, Revenue Lifecycle Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Director, Revenue Lifecycle Management based in the United States.

This is a senior commercial and delivery leadership role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of subscription-economy clients.
You will own account health, revenue growth, margins, client satisfaction, and strategic delivery outcomes across complex enterprise engagements.
The role combines trusted executive-level advisory work with hands-on engagement leadership and billable delivery responsibilities.
You will shape expansion opportunities, develop proposals and statements of work, and partner closely with sales and delivery teams to create scalable client solutions.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and recurring-revenue business models will help you translate complex challenges into measurable business outcomes.
You will also contribute to practice development by capturing client insights, strengthening delivery playbooks, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.
This is an opportunity to influence both client success and the evolution of a growing consulting practice in a fast-moving, global environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts, with accountability for revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship health.
  • Identify and develop organic expansion opportunities across existing subscription-economy clients, translating business needs into new consulting engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by understanding their revenue models, technology ecosystems, strategic priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Lead the development of proposals and statements of work, partnering with sales teams on scope reviews, capability presentations, and client pitches.
  • Serve as a senior billable resource on strategic Salesforce Revenue Cloud engagements while maintaining delivery quality, client satisfaction, and billable utilization targets.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, client KPI management, and portfolio reviews, maintaining visibility into delivery risks, margins, capacity, and overall account performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, delivery, staffing, and practice leadership to align resources with client commitments and business objectives.
  • Apply strong project governance, risk management, change management, and delivery practices across complex enterprise engagements.
  • Capture feedback, lessons learned, and successful approaches from client engagements to improve repeatable playbooks, accelerators, and service offerings.
  • Represent the organization externally through thought leadership, industry events, customer success activities, and other market-facing initiatives.
  • Contribute as a member of the leadership team, demonstrating strong ownership, commercial judgment, collaboration, and commitment to organizational values.
  • Mentor and support project and professional services team members, helping strengthen delivery capabilities and developing future leaders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in client services, consulting, professional services, or a related environment, including direct account ownership and delivery responsibility.
  • Proven success growing strategic client accounts while managing revenue, margin, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Salesforce engagements, including consultative solution scoping, proposal development, and statement of work creation.
  • Deep knowledge of the subscription economy, recurring-revenue models, Revenue Operations, and related business processes.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ; familiarity with broader Salesforce capabilities is highly valuable.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in environments with margin accountability, delivery efficiency metrics, and strong commercial discipline.
  • Ability to balance strategic account leadership with hands-on engagement management and billable delivery responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing professional services or project teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both clients and the business.
  • Comfortable working independently in a global, distributed environment and traveling approximately 10–25% for client-facing activities.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexible time off designed to support sustainable work-life balance.
  • Flexible remote work environment across the United States and Canada.
  • Monthly home office stipend to support an effective remote workspace.
  • Employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Adoption assistance.
  • Employee-led resource groups and an inclusive, people-first culture.
  • Mentorship opportunities and ongoing internal training and professional development.
  • Opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and high-impact consulting engagements.
  • Exposure to complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud initiatives and innovative subscription-business transformations.
