Senior Account Manager

This role is designed for an experienced client-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary owner of client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, strong execution, and continuous account growth through the following responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and managing daily account communication.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders through confident communication and strategic guidance.
  • Lead client meetings, manage agendas, track action items, and ensure commitments, timelines, and deliverables are consistently achieved.
  • Anticipate client needs by proactively communicating updates, identifying opportunities, and maintaining visibility into account priorities.
  • Translate client feedback, requests, and business objectives into clear direction for internal teams.
  • Partner with project management and operations teams to align priorities, coordinate execution, and remove blockers.
  • Manage product feedback and feature requests by connecting client needs with internal leadership teams.
  • Monitor overall account health, identify risks, and support initiatives that strengthen client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports by transforming performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital media trends, local market dynamics, and industry developments to provide valuable client guidance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong account management experience, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex client relationships in a fast-moving environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience building relationships and presenting to Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, conversations, and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and commitments are consistently maintained.
  • Experience with paid media, digital marketing, localized marketing programs, or multi-location campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across project management, operations, and specialist teams.
  • Experience working in an agency environment or other fast-paced, multi-account setting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management, reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • Must reside in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience supporting telecom, retail, or multi-location businesses is a plus.
