This role sits at the core of a high-growth B2B marketing engine, where strategy, systems, and execution come together to drive measurable pipeline impact. You will own the marketing operations ecosystem end-to-end, ensuring tools, data, and campaigns work seamlessly to support aggressive revenue goals. Acting as both architect and operator, you will design and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across digital channels including paid media, email, and web. The role requires strong fluency in marketing automation, analytics, and revenue alignment, with direct collaboration across Sales and Revenue Operations. You will play a key role in turning marketing activity into predictable, trackable business outcomes through strong attribution and reporting frameworks. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven, performance-oriented environments.
In this role, you will own the marketing operations infrastructure and demand generation execution, ensuring campaigns, systems, and reporting are fully aligned with revenue objectives and performance targets.
- Own and optimize the full marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid search, PPC, and paid social channels.
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing programs, segmentation strategies, landing pages, and automation processes.
- Manage paid acquisition strategy, including budget allocation, targeting, performance optimization, and pipeline contribution tracking.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define lead qualification criteria, attribution models, and closed-loop reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards tracking campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, and marketing ROI.
- Conduct campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization to continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Document marketing processes, build SOPs, and enable cross-functional teams through training and best practices.
- Support demand generation strategy development focused on top-of-funnel growth and qualified pipeline creation.
This role requires strong marketing operations expertise, hands-on technical capability with marketing systems, and a proven ability to drive measurable demand generation impact in a B2B environment.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot (admin-level proficiency required), including workflows, automation, reporting, and lead management.
- Experience working with Salesforce, WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments, closely aligned with Sales teams.
- Familiarity with emerging demand channels such as AI-driven search, AEO, or GEO is an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong process documentation and campaign QA capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
