Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an EverPro – Growth & Markets Analyst based in Canada.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and product growth, supporting key decisions that shape pricing, packaging, and monetization for a fast-scaling SaaS portfolio. You will turn complex and often ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven insights that directly influence executive decisions. Working within a distributed, high-performing environment, you’ll collaborate closely with product, finance, BI, and operations teams. The role is highly analytical but equally strategic, requiring strong business judgment and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will also assess the operational feasibility of strategic initiatives, ensuring recommendations are realistic and scalable. This is a high-impact individual contributor position where curiosity, precision, and ownership mindset are essential to driving measurable growth outcomes.
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end analytical workstreams that inform strategic growth decisions across pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives. You will structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and independently drive insights that support leadership decisions. Your work will directly influence product and revenue strategy in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
- Frame complex, unstructured business questions into clear analytical approaches and hypotheses.
- Own full-cycle analysis from data extraction and cleaning to insights generation and executive-ready recommendations.
- Analyze customer, product, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Lead pricing and packaging analyses supporting key SaaS monetization strategies.
- Evaluate operational implications of strategic decisions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate complex findings into clear, concise narratives and presentations for leadership.
- Partner with BI, finance, product, and analytics teams to align assumptions and validate outputs.
The ideal candidate brings experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or revenue-focused roles within SaaS or software environments, with a strong ability to connect data to real business outcomes. You are highly comfortable working with ambiguity, independently driving analysis, and communicating insights with clarity and influence.
- 2–4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, growth, product, finance, or revenue operations roles.
- Strong preference for SaaS or subscription-based business experience.
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, expansion, and retention.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong comfort manipulating and interpreting complex datasets.
- Experience working with pricing, packaging, billing systems, CRMs, or BI tools.
- Exposure to AI tools and workflows, with ability to apply them in day-to-day analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong critical thinking with ability to challenge assumptions and validate conclusions rigorously.
- High intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset focused on root causes, not surface-level answers.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively driving structure and clarity.
- Collaborative and resourceful, able to navigate cross-functional environments effectively.
- Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on location)
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks (CAD base range typically $112,000–$140,000)
- Employee Stock Purchase Program
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with company match
- Annual wellness stipend and comprehensive wellness benefits
- 3 weeks of vacation plus floating holidays and a paid volunteer day
- Opportunity to work in a global, distributed SaaS organization with strong growth exposure
- Exposure to strategic pricing, monetization, and high-impact revenue initiatives
