This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing strategy and hands-on execution, supporting a portfolio of high-growth B2B SaaS clients. You will take ownership of multi-channel paid media programs, ensuring campaigns are not only well-optimized but also directly tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Working in a fully remote, global team, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal experts to drive measurable impact across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid platforms.
You will act as both strategist and advisor, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of 4–7 B2B SaaS clients, ensuring performance aligns with revenue and pipeline goals. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and ongoing campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with client KPIs and growth targets
- Manage campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple accounts
- Analyze performance data and translate it into clear insights, narratives, and executive-level reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and ongoing consultation
- Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth transition from sales to activation
- Identify opportunities to improve performance through testing, optimization, and cross-channel strategy alignment
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and performance transparency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-impact results
This role requires strong hands-on paid media expertise combined with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences. You should be comfortable managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads
- Proven experience working with B2B or SaaS clients, with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to clients or stakeholders
- Experience managing campaign budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Ability to operate as a strategic advisor while also executing tactical campaign work
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
