This role sits at the intersection of marketing quality assurance, player communications, and strategic research within a fast-paced digital gaming environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and performance of all marketing communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web content. Beyond QA, you will also act as a research-driven analyst, turning player behavior and market trends into actionable insights that influence product and marketing strategy. The role requires a strong balance of detail-oriented execution and big-picture thinking, with direct impact on player engagement, retention, and campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, creative, and analytics teams in a highly cross-functional environment. This is a hands-on role where precision, curiosity, and data-driven thinking directly shape customer experience and business outcomes.
In this role, you will oversee the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of all marketing communications while also contributing to research initiatives that guide strategic decisions and optimize player engagement.
- Establish and enforce QA standards for all marketing communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web campaigns
- Review and validate creative assets, copy, and campaign builds to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements
- Lead end-to-end campaign setup processes, coordinating across marketing, creative, and technical teams
- Act as the subject matter expert for player-facing marketing content, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Design and implement testing strategies to improve campaign performance and optimize engagement outcomes
- Conduct player, market, and product research to identify behavioral trends and growth opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance, player behavior, and market data to generate actionable insights
- Develop clear, high-quality research reports and executive-ready recommendations for stakeholders
- Support segmentation, targeting, and retention strategy development through data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights are translated into effective marketing and product improvements
The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail with analytical capability and experience in marketing operations, QA, or data-driven research within digital or regulated environments.
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with 5–8+ years in QA, data analytics, research, or related fields
- Experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or quality assurance workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player behavior, campaign performance, and market trends
- Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear, executive-ready insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing requirements
- Experience in online gaming, lottery, or other regulated digital industries is a strong asset
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and optimization practices for marketing campaigns
