This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, client success, and marketing automation, supporting golf course and simulator operators in growing their engagement and revenue. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, social, and digital platforms while also guiding clients on how to effectively use marketing tools and automation systems. The position blends creative content development with hands-on technical execution and performance analysis. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly customer-focused, with strong emphasis on learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement. This role also plays a key part in strengthening client retention and scaling managed marketing services across a growing customer base.
- Develop and execute tailored, multi-channel marketing strategies (email, SMS, social, and digital) aligned with client goals, audience segments, and seasonal golf operations.
- Create engaging, on-brand campaign content and manage end-to-end execution, including automation workflows, segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular client reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and act as a trusted marketing advisor to improve engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
- Manage and support email and SMS platform operations, including onboarding, training sessions, account setup, template creation, and automation journey configuration.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns and subscriber growth strategies.
- Develop educational materials (guides, FAQs, tutorials) and support client enablement to improve platform adoption and self-sufficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance managed marketing offerings, improve processes, and ensure alignment across client success initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or client-facing marketing roles, ideally within hospitality, SaaS, or service-based industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns with strong understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling copy for digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in client-facing advisory and training responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor or similar), segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience (approx. $65,000 – $75,000 CAD).
