You will work closely with stakeholders to deeply understand business problems, translate them into clear and actionable requirements, and support the definition of effective digital solutions. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to go beyond surface-level requests to uncover real business needs and value opportunities. You will actively contribute to agile teams by supporting sprint planning, user story definition, and continuous refinement of requirements. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to map business needs and propose suitable solution approaches.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into structured and actionable solution proposals.
• Support development teams by contributing to sprint planning and assisting in defining work items.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to break down business needs into user stories and system requirements.
• Identify underlying business problems beyond explicit stakeholder requests, ensuring value-driven solutions.
• Elicit, document, and maintain functional and non-functional software requirements.
• Manage your own workload and proactively communicate risks or delays to the team.
• Support documentation activities such as requirement specifications, access profiles, and information classification.
• Participate in requirement approval meetings and validation sessions with stakeholders.

We are looking for a senior-level professional with strong experience in business analysis and requirements engineering in agile environments.

• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, agile requirements, and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) concepts.
