This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Account Executive - SMB/MM based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving growth across the SMB and Mid-Market segment in Brazil, combining new business acquisition with strategic account expansion. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with business leaders, understanding their security challenges, and positioning a leading cybersecurity platform as a critical enabler of workforce resilience. Operating in a fast-growing and highly competitive market, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while consistently building a strong, high-quality pipeline. The role blends consultative selling, strategic account management, and revenue ownership in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and long-term retention. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to regional expansion while developing a strong footprint in one of Latin America’s most promising tech markets.
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market accounts, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partner/channel collaboration.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad cybersecurity and SaaS product suite.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using structured outreach, cadence management, and effective product storytelling.
- Deliver tailored value propositions by understanding customer needs, stakeholders, and buying processes to accelerate deal cycles.
- Negotiate subscription models, multi-year agreements, and pricing structures to maximize recurring revenue while ensuring customer success.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewal Specialists, and Channel Partners to support account growth and long-term retention strategies.
- 2+ years of proven success in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B sales, consistently achieving or exceeding quota targets.
- Strong experience in SaaS sales environments, with understanding of subscription-based revenue models and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity or strong interest in cybersecurity, IT security, or risk management solutions.
- Fluent in Portuguese with strong English communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset for new business development combined with account expansion capabilities.
- Strong analytical, data-driven approach to sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
