Revenue Operations Analyst Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst Pleno based in Brazil.

This role sits within a high-impact RevOps squad focused on driving revenue predictability, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across go-to-market teams.
You will work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Channels, Marketing, and Customer Success, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
The position plays a key role in strengthening funnel visibility, improving conversion performance, and supporting strategic commercial decisions.
You will help leaders understand performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and unlock growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly analytical, with strong exposure to cross-functional initiatives and revenue strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and performance reports for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel teams, ensuring clarity and reliability of commercial metrics.
  • Monitor daily funnel indicators such as conversion rates, productivity, pipeline volume, sales cycles, and performance by source and segment.
  • Perform recurring weekly and monthly analyses to identify trends, deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support commercial leadership with data interpretation, performance diagnostics, and action-oriented recommendations.
  • Investigate pipeline issues such as conversion drops, stage friction, and operational misalignment across revenue stages.
  • Contribute to commercial intelligence initiatives by exploring historical data, behavioral patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across CRM systems and analytical databases.
  • Collaborate with broader RevOps teams (Insights, Process, and Tech Stack) on strategic initiatives and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Operations, or Commercial Intelligence roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially in reporting and commercial data analysis.
  • Experience using analytics and data tools such as Metabase and Databricks.
  • Strong ability to navigate multiple data sources and translate complex information into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to support decision-making in fast-moving commercial environments.

Differentials:

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth B2B companies is considered a strong plus, especially in scaling revenue operations structures.
