This is a strategic, data-driven role at the intersection of Revenue Operations, analytics, and automation, designed to transform how revenue flows are structured and executed across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will play a key role in building intelligent, automated systems that connect the entire revenue lifecycle, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and scalability. The position combines analytical depth with hands-on execution, leveraging BI tools and AI-driven workflows to eliminate manual dependencies and improve decision-making. You will act as a central connector between commercial, product, and customer-facing teams, enabling a unified view of revenue performance. This is a high-impact environment where experimentation, automation, and continuous optimization are part of the daily routine. - Design, structure, and automate revenue workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, reducing manual processes and operational risks.
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards and OKR tracking systems using BI tools and AI-enabled platforms.
- Monitor and analyze conversion funnels, GTM motions, pricing performance, and commercial team productivity.
- Orchestrate AI agents and automation tools to streamline recurring revenue operations and reporting workflows.
- Develop scalable tracking models for products and segments, ensuring continuity across organizational changes.
- Conduct cross-functional impact analysis, including how marketing initiatives, trials, and activations affect pipeline, churn, and revenue velocity.
- Act as the central link between Revenue, Marketing, Product, Sales, and CS teams to ensure data consistency and governance.
- Experience in data analysis, revenue operations, sales operations, customer success, or marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Metabase or similar).
- Familiarity with AI concepts, generative AI tools, and workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently with a strong systems-thinking and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to operate as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in RevOps, Revenue Intelligence, or Sales Operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with automation or AI orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or LLM-based workflows) is a plus.
- Background in SaaS B2B environments with complex sales cycles is a strong advantage.
