Accountabilities:

  • Drive team performance through rigorous KPI tracking, coaching, territory planning, and accountability frameworks to consistently achieve pipeline and meeting targets.
  • Develop and maintain scalable onboarding, enablement, and career development programs that improve rep productivity and long-term success.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to execute demand generation initiatives and ensure alignment with broader revenue objectives.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and sales engagement platforms to analyze team performance, optimize conversion metrics, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage headcount planning, territory distribution, and performance management processes, including navigating difficult performance conversations when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and high achievement within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Business Development or Sales Development within the SaaS industry, ideally at Senior Manager level or above.
  • Proven track record managing performance-driven teams, including coaching underperformers, workforce planning, and driving consistent target attainment.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, territory management, sales forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and sales analytics/reporting tools, along with familiarity with modern prospecting and engagement technologies.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people development skills with the ability to elevate team performance and engagement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally alongside Marketing and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions in a high-growth and fast-changing environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a role focused heavily on accountability and operational excellence.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation ranging from CAD $39.62 to $49.52 per hour.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact Business Development organization within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Collaborative and dynamic remote-friendly work culture.
  • Exposure to cross-functional leadership and strategic business initiatives.
  • Opportunity to influence revenue growth and operational excellence at scale.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment.
  • Reasonable accommodations available throughout the recruitment process where needed.
