This role is a senior marketing leadership position focused on driving high-impact enterprise growth through strategic account-based marketing and field engagement programs. You will shape and lead the ABM strategy for top-tier enterprise accounts, directly influencing complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles. Acting as a key partner to Enterprise Sales, you will design and execute highly tailored marketing initiatives that deepen executive relationships and accelerate pipeline velocity. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution oversight, requiring strong operational discipline and commercial thinking. You will build and scale a specialized team, transforming ABM and field marketing into a structured, performance-driven growth engine. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role operating at the intersection of marketing, sales, and executive engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- Own and evolve the enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for key strategic accounts, driving pipeline creation and acceleration
- Lead structured account planning sessions with Enterprise Sales to align marketing activities with revenue priorities
- Design and execute personalized marketing programs that influence deal progression and improve win rates across complex enterprise cycles
- Oversee high-touch field marketing and executive engagement initiatives, including EBCs, VIP events, and strategic customer experiences
- Align marketing investments with pipeline forecasts and enterprise sales objectives, ensuring measurable ROI on all programs
- Build and scale ABM and Field Marketing operating models, establishing clear processes, prioritization frameworks, and performance standards
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to act as a strategic marketing liaison and ensure alignment across all enterprise accounts
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, specialized team focused on ABM and field execution excellence
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in enterprise ABM programs
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- Proven track record of building or operating 1:1 ABM programs within complex enterprise environments
- Strong partnership experience with Enterprise Sales organizations and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate pipeline data and forecasting insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience evolving teams from execution-focused to strategically structured and specialized organizations
- Strong executive communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Background in high-growth SaaS environments managing both strategy and execution at scale
- Preferred: Proven impact on multi-million-dollar enterprise deal acceleration and expansion
- Competitive annual base salary: $154,400 – $212,300 CAD, plus bonus and equity eligibility
