- Build and curate targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles and strategic account criteria.
- Identify key decision-makers such as CMOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders and gather accurate contact information.
- Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns to generate interest and schedule meetings for senior account managers.
- Support pipeline development by creating qualified sales opportunities from targeted prospecting efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking and lead information within Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with senior account managers to refine outreach strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve lead generation performance.
- Participate in community events and networking activities to support brand visibility and prospect engagement.
- Ensure data quality by verifying and maintaining clean, accurate, and unique prospect lists.
- Experience in B2B outbound prospecting, lead generation, email outreach, or appointment setting (preferred but not mandatory for early-career candidates).
- Strong interest in technology, digital services, or agency environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools is an asset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed performance targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within sales and marketing teams in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to research and qualify target accounts effectively.
