A St. Louis-based manufacturer is seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pick, pack, and organize products and materials
• Enter shipment information into computer systems
• Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal departments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

What Qualifications You Need:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable using a computer and Windows-based software
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

When You Will Work:

• Workweek: Monday – Thursday 7 am to 5 pm & Friday 7 am to noon
• Breaks: One lunch break + two 15-minute paid breaks daily
