Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular business hours

Technical Advisor is needed to provide professional support, guidance, coordination, and program assistance for a federal project. The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to support successful project execution.

Position Summary
Technical Advisor is needed to provide professional support, guidance, coordination, and program assistance for a federal project. The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advisory support for transition effort.
- Develop process guides, reports, manuals, and program recommendations.
- Support communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Advise on emergency food assistance operations and prepositioned commodities.
- Assist with risk management, monitoring, accountability, and oversight planning.
- Support geography and commodity prioritization analysis.
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly activity reports.
- Participate in monthly coordination meetings with personnel.
- Support staff training and knowledge transfer activities.
- Coordinate with personnel regarding technical issues, priorities, and implementation activities.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Public Administration, International Relations, Agriculture, Business, Logistics, Communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting federal programs, international development, humanitarian assistance, food assistance, or agricultural programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, technical writing, and organizational skills.
- Experience preparing reports, guides, manuals, or program documentation.
- Knowledge of program management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and operational planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Government personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.
