Responsibilities:
SANCORP is seeking a Program Manager to support Operational and Technical Support services for the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). The following are examples of responsibilities:
- Serve as the supervisor for all contractor personnel and provide overall program management and oversight to assist the various ATF offices. Duties of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned contractor employees.
- Establishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
- Assisting in providing replacement personnel.
- Conduct meetings with COR(s) and discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
- Providing oversight and management of all assigned contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished. Such oversight is required as work volume fluctuates. During work overload situations reallocation resources between and among tasks may be required.
- Ensuring that contractor staff has the tools, training, competencies, and certifications necessary to accomplish their duties independently.
- Work with the ATF to provide competent leadership and responsible project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks.
- Direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints, while interfacing with client counterparts when appropriate.
