• HVAC Maintenance Technician

East Coast Mechanical (ECM) – West Palm Beach, FL

ECM is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
• Inspect units and identify potential issues
• Replace filters, check electrical components, and verify refrigerant levels
• Communicate findings clearly with customers
• Recommend repairs or system improvements when needed
• Complete service documentation and maintain your truck and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
