HVAC Comfort Advisor (Commission-Based) at Advanced Cooling and Heating Inc – Palm Beach, Florida

Job Summary

Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our sales team. This is a commission-based role focused on residential HVAC system replacements and comfort solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical HVAC knowledge, including equipment selection and duct layout, and a proven ability to close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC comfort needs
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems, ductwork, and airflow
• Design complete HVAC system solutions, including duct modifications when required
• Perform proper system sizing and layout recommendations
• Present options, pricing, warranties, and financing solutions
• Close sales in accordance with company standards and ethical practices
• Document job details, measurements, and scope of work accurately
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain customer follow-up before, during, and after installation
• Use company CRM and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Residential HVAC equipment
• Duct design, layout, and airflow principles
• Proper system sizing and load considerations
• Proven experience in HVAC sales or comfort advising
• Ability to clearly explain technical information to homeowners
• Comfortable accessing attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical areas
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Comfort Advisor or HVAC Sales Consultant experience
• Experience selling full system replacements and duct redesigns
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices
