Are you a licensed nurse or social worker with a heart for elder care AND a knack for building trusting relationships that lead to meaningful solutions? Visiting Angels is seeking a Wellness Team Member who combines empathy, strong communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to help seniors and their families discover the care services that best meet their needs.

Your Role and Impact
As a Wellness Specialist, you will be a vital bridge between our clients, caregivers, and Visiting Angels’ care services. Beyond providing compassionate wellness oversight, you will:

• Conduct in-home wellness and safety visits with empathy and professionalism
• Identify client needs and opportunities to introduce new or expanded services that improve their quality of life
• Confidently discuss and recommend Visiting Angels’ care options, helping clients and families make informed decisions
• Build strong, trusting relationships that foster long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
• Train, support, and motivate caregivers, recognizing their contributions to client well-being
• Update care plans based on changing client needs, ensuring tailored, exceptional care
• Lead quality assurance efforts, maintaining high standards across all services

Who You Are

• A licensed nurse or social worker with 10+ years of experience in elder care
• An empathetic listener and skilled communicator who builds rapport with clients and families
• Comfortable and confident discussing care needs and matching them to the right solutions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities with professionalism
• Independent, proactive, and driven by both client satisfaction and service growth
• Willing to travel within the greater Philadelphia area to support clients and caregivers
