This role is a key finance leadership position within a global, innovation-driven organization operating at the intersection of healthcare technology and operational excellence. You will oversee cost accounting activities across supply chain operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong control over inventory and accounts receivable processes. Acting as co-leader of the local finance function, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, warehouse, and operations to support strategic decision-making. The position combines technical accounting expertise with business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities. You will play a central role in improving financial performance metrics and strengthening internal controls. - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with a strong focus on supply chain cost accounting, inventory, and accounts receivable.
- Partner with procurement teams to forecast demand and support purchase order planning across operational sites.
- Drive improvement in key financial performance indicators such as inventory turnover and accounts receivable efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate financial policies.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal control frameworks to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business planning and decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and support finance team members to promote growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles; CPA designation is preferred.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and supply chain-related financial processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
