JOB SUMMARY

Sheridan Memorial Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic 340B Program Coordinator to lead and manage our 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role serves as the organization’s subject-matter expert, ensuring program compliance, operational integrity, and optimization of cost savings to support patient care—especially for underserved populations.
The 340B Pharmacy Coordinator works collaboratively with pharmacy leadership, compliance, finance, legal, and external partners to oversee all aspects of the program, including auditing, reporting, contract management, and process improvement. This position plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities to enhance program performance and expand services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Serve as the primary coordinator and compliance expert for all 340B Program activities

  • Lead and facilitate the organization’s 340B oversight committee

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures aligned with federal and state regulations

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with HRSA/OPA guidelines and maintain audit readiness

  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings

  • Oversee 340B registration, recertification, and accuracy within OPAIS

  • Manage and maintain relationships with contract pharmacies, wholesalers, manufacturers, and vendors

  • Monitor purchasing, inventory, and utilization to ensure compliance and cost efficiency

  • Analyze program data and prepare reports on savings, utilization, and opportunities for improvement

  • Provide education and training to staff involved in 340B processes

  • Identify and implement program enhancements to optimize savings and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that expand access to care through 340B savings

  • Oversee split-billing software functionality and ensure data integrity

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience & License


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field OR

  • Pharmacy Technician licensure with National Certification (CPhT)

  • Wyoming Pharmacy Technician license.

  • 2–3 years of experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance requirements, and auditing practices

  • Experience with pharmacy operations, inventory management, or healthcare compliance preferred

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage complex processes and collaborate across departments
