Were currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our CentralCoast team in our Daley's Point office.The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and a personable multitasker who has a flair for coordinating social events and engaging with people. This person will bring resourcefulness, organisation, and stellar communication skills to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Being warm, welcoming and empathetic while engaging with prospective or existing clients over the phoneor visitors walking in the door.
- Assisting our Care Team with administrative duties including booking appointments, responding to client enquiries and assisting on onboarding new clients
- Organising, coordinating and attending social events for our clients from lunches and outings to "crafternoons" where you will help our clients make meaningful connections with other seniors in their community through your enthusiastic personality.
- General office admin support including supporting our growth and care teams with printing, scanning, assisting with some client and caregiver communication such as newsletters or birthday cards.
- Office maintenance andodd jobs including ensuring PPE and promotional material stocks are maintained, office is tidy and organising office events and activities.
About you:
- Previous experience in administration, office management, event coordination or customer service.
- Great with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A confident outgoing personality and eager to engage with people.
