Purpose of the Role

As a Client Advisor at Henne, you will be at the heart of our boutique experience. You will provide warm, personalized service across all zones of our Paddington boutique, from fitting rooms to stock and floor support. The Client Advisor will ensure every client feels confident, welcomed and connected to the brand. This role is both client facing and operational, balancing elevated service with the behind-the-scenes detail that makes the boutique run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalised fitting room experience, offering thoughtful styling advice and care to every client

• Provide warm, one-on-one service across all boutique zones including floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and hosting

• Build genuine client relationships that foster loyalty and repeat visits

• Embody Henne’s brand values as a brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences at every touchpoint

• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandising standards that reflect Henne’s aesthetic

• Support operational tasks including stock management, replenishment, and floor readiness

• Assist with hosting duties, ensuring clients feel welcomed and cared for from entry to purchase

• Accurately process client transactions with care and attention to detail

• Collaborate with the team to achieve boutique goals, valuing team success and collective energy

What are we looking for?

• Availability to work weekdays and minimum 1 weekend day

• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week

• Experience in a client-facing retail role, ideally within fashion or lifestyle

• Strong client service skills with the ability to create genuine, lasting connections

• Experience working across multiple boutique zones including fitting rooms, stock, and floor

• Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused, adaptable approach

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and remain calm under pressure

• A genuine passion for fashion and a personal connection to the Henne brand
