Eastern Creek Karting is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Casual Duty Manager to join our team! From the roar of our brand-new 13HP Sodi RT10 karts to the energy of a buzzing weekend crowd, no two days are the same — and that’s just how we like it.
As a Duty Manager, you'll be right in the middle of the action — leading your team, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a fun, diverse team and creating an atmosphere where both staff and guests feel energised.
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the venue — from trackside thrills to customer service excellence.
Supporting our Venue Manager and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Keeping our guests happy by tackling issues quickly and professionally.
Championing safety and cleanliness across all departments.
Supporting staff with WHS training and upholding our high standards of safety and service.
Creating daily reports, tracking performance, and helping improve operations.
Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
You've got previous leadership or management experience — bonus points if it’s in hospitality, tourism, entertainment or fast food.
You're an energetic people person who leads by example and brings the best out in others.
You’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
You’re a strong communicator who stays calm and confident under pressure.
You’re organised, solution-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
