💵 Pay Rate: $17.75/hour (Pay Range: WDR)
🕒 Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Tresco, Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to join our team! This essential role ensures clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all who use our facilities. If you're committed to quality work and take pride in cleanliness, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for a variety of janitorial and custodial duties, including:

✅ Cleaning and stocking restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
✅ Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
✅ Interior and exterior window cleaning
✅ High and spot dusting
✅ Removing office trash and maintaining cleanliness
✅ Floor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet mopping
✅ Disinfecting surfaces and descaling fixtures

🧼 Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in custodial/janitorial services preferred

• Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy

Licenses/Certifications:

• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to secure and maintain NACI clearance (for federal positions)

Other Requirements:

• Background check, MVR check, and post-offer drug screening required

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Handle stressful situations professionally

• Maintain confidentiality at all times

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
