At Paul Davis Restoration, technology plays a critical role in helping our teams deliver exceptional service to customers across Wisconsin and Illinois. We are seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to serve as the primary technology support resource for our growing, multi-location organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and improving technology systems. You'll work directly with employees across all departments, ensuring they have the tools, equipment, and support they need to be successful from day one.

What You'll Do- Set up and configure computers, user accounts, email access, software, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Manage employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology support across three office locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Manage user permissions, software licensing, and access requests.
- Deploy, maintain, and track company technology equipment and inventory.
- Coordinate with third-party IT and cybersecurity providers to resolve issues and support technology initiatives.
- Assist with software implementations, upgrades, and technology projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or a related technology role.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
- Experience supporting users in a business environment.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required.
